Eleonora Pieroni
My name is Eleonora Pieroni, and I am an actress, television presenter, and international model. My story is one of passion, determination, and love for the art of performance and cinema. I was born in Foligno, in the heart of Umbria (Italy), but destiny brought me far away, to New York, the city I call home, now, where I have had the honor of representing Italian excellence in the world. It is here that New York Mayor Eric Adams bestowed upon me the title of Ambassador of Made in Italy and Italian culture in New York, a recognition I carry with pride.
Besides my artistic career, I have always felt the need to give back. I have supported numerous charitable causes, including the "Les Couleurs" association for orphaned children in Haiti and "Safe the Passage" to help women victims of domestic violence in New York. My commitment to female empowerment earned me the title of "Ambassador of Peace," and I represented the Italian Women's Association in New York at the Global Tolerance Summit 2019 in Dubai.
There is another topic that is particularly close to my heart: breast cancer prevention. It is a subject I feel strongly about because my mother faced this battle years ago. I want to use my voice to spread awareness: in the next fifty years, breast cancer will increasingly affect young women, and prevention is the most powerful weapon we have to defeat this disease.
I deeply believe in the strength of women, in the value of female solidarity. Teaming up means overcoming fears and conquering freedom, and it can be the key to overcoming gender violence and obstacles.
For this reason, through my art and my voice, I want to spread messages of awareness and change. Speaking out is the first step to transforming the world. It is with this conviction that I will continue my journey, always with an open heart and eyes set on the future.
